Abstract: I'll first talk about activity in my group geared toward effective storage, communication, querying, and processing of the staggering amounts of DNA data being generated. Then I'll say something about our recent activity on DNA based storage systems, which have the potential to offer substantially higher storage densities and durability than current technologies.
