Alexander Wallar

Graduate Student

Alex Wallar is a fourth year PhD student developing algorithms for ride-sharing and fleet optimization for mobility-on-demand systems. He received an S.M. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT in 2017 and a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of St Andrews in 2015. He is interested in how constrained optimization can be used to maximize the efficiency of our transportation networks.
