CSAIL Groups Win Computer Vision Honors

On June 23rd, CSAIL researchers will have the unique honor of receiving two out of four awards presented for excellence at the IEEE’s Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. Ce Liu, Jenny Yuen and Antonio Torralba’s “Label Transfer via Dense Scene Alignment” won Best Student Paper. Anat Levin, Fredo Durand and Bill Freeman (along with a colleague from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Yar Weiss) received an Honorable Mention for Best Paper.
