Could a wearable electronic toy make programming fun for kids and, in particular, young girls?
Computer science PhD graduate Lyssa Neel is banking on it - her company Linkitz just won a $100,000 Canadian start-up competition and is now working on a prototype.
Linkitz allows kids to rearrange, take apart and snap together electronic blocks that blink and buzz to change their behavior.
