The MIT Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science has honored Britton 'Bryt' Bradley with the Richard J. Caloggero Award. The award was presented at EECS’ annual awards and recognition celebration on Sunday, May 19, 2013.
The Richard J. Caloggero Award honors EECS employees who have, over an extended period of service, shown loyalty, dedication and effectiveness beyond normal expectations. The award was established as a tribute to Caloggero, who worked as an administrative officer in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science since 1972 and an MIT employee since 1957, up until his death in 1995.
Bradley, who has worked at MIT for over 15 years, is an administrative assistant in the Computer Graphics Group and the Robotics, Vision and Sensor Networks Group at CSAIL. In 2010, Bradley was the inaugural recipient of MIT's Excellence Award for Greening MIT and in 2002 she received a School of Engineering Infinite Mile Award for Excellence.
