Three from CSAIL Named AAAS Fellows

Tom Knight, Tomaso Poggio and Bruce Tidor have just been named Fellows of the American Association for the Advancement of the Sciences. Knight’s citation was for his efforts in computing technology and the engineering discipline of synthetic biology. Poggio’s work in computational neuroscience elicited his nomination, while Tidor’s stemmed from the use of computational modeling in examining proteins and designing molecules.
